Heat a pan.

Add bulgogi & shiitake for stir fry.

Stir on high heat for 2~3 minutes.


Add vegetables to the pan.

Stir on high heat for 2~4 minutes.

Move all contents to a plate.


Add 50mL (per serving) of water to the pan.

Add sauce, olive & sesame oil mix and stir to mix well.

Add cellophane noodle and stir slowly on medium heat for 2~3 minutes.


Add bulgogi and vegetables back to the pan.

Stir on medium heat for 30 seconds.

the easiest way to make japchae. You can also control the amount of oil, which makes it healthier than the restaurant version!
