Soft tofu
Add sesame oil, minced garlic, pork belly for stew to a pot.
Stir on medium heat for 1~2 minutes.
Add kimchi for soft tofu, onion & mushroom to the pot.
Stir on medium heat for 1~2 minutes.
Add 200mL (per serving) of water to the pot.
Add sauce. Bring to boil.
Boil additional 3~5 minutes on medium-high heat.
Add soft tofu to the pot and boil on medium-high heat for 3~5 minutes.
Add scallion, egg and boil on medium-high heat for 1~3 minutes.
