Korean mixed rice bowl with vegetables, protein, and savory gochujang sauce. A flavorful and satisfying meal.

"Bibim" means to mix, and "bap" means rice. So we are basically adding ingredients in a bowl and mixing them together to create a delicious healthy dish. We seasoned carrot, zucchini, cucumber, and Korean radish and mixed it with marinated bulgogi along with shiitake mushrooms. Traditionally we add a spicy sauce, but the sauce is provided on the side in case you prefer a non-spicy version.

Prepare cooked rice in a bowl.


Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil on a pan.

Add bulgogi & shiitake for stir fry to the pan.
Stir on high heat for 2~4 minutes.


Add bibimbap vegetables. Stir on medium-high heat for 1.5~2 minutes.


Add egg to the pan. Cook the egg to your preference (over medium recommended).

Pour egg on top of the rice.
Add sesame oil, sauce to the bowl. Mix well.
