"Bibim" means to mix, and "bap" means rice. So we are basically adding ingredients in a bowl and mixing them together to create a delicious healthy dish. We seasoned carrot, zucchini, cucumber, and Korean radish and mixed it with marinated bulgogi along with shiitake mushrooms. Traditionally we add a spicy sauce, but the sauce is provided on the side in case you prefer a non-spicy version.

Rice
Prepare cooked rice in a bowl.
Add bibimbap vegetables.
Stir on medium-high heat for 1.5~2 minutes.
Pour cooked vegetables on top of the rice in the bowl.
Add bulgogi & shiitake for stir fry to the pan.
Stir on high heat for 2~4 minutes (or until fully cooked).
Pour on top of the rice in the bowl.
Add egg to the pan. Cook the egg to your preference (over medium recommended).
Pour egg on top of the rice.
Add sesame oil, sauce to the bowl. Mix well.
