Spicy chewy noodle served with tons of cut veggies
Texture of this chewy noodle is as enjoyable as its delicious taste. Perfectly complimented with protein packed gol-beng-y. This dish is quite spicy, but tons of veggies can soothe your taste bud.
Bring water to boil in a pot.
Add noodle for gol-beng-y.
Boil on high heat for 3~4 minutes.
Using a colander, drain the water out from the pot.
Rinse noodle on cold water.
Press noodle against colander to squeeze the water out from the noodles.
Move noodle to a bowl.
Add 1/4 of sesame oil and mix well.
Move noodle to a plate.
Add gol-beng-y, sauce, vegetables and rest of the sesame oil to the bowl and mix well.
Pour the contents on top of the noodle on the plate.
