Add vegetables, pancake mix to a bowl.

Optional: Add long pepper for a spicy flavor.

Mix well.


Add seafood for scallion pancake and 175mL of water (per serving) to the bowl.

Mix well.


Heat 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
Add one serving portion of ingredients from the bowl.

Spread them flat evenly over the pan.
Heat on medium-high heat while pressing down with spoon for 4~6 minutes.


Flip the pancake.
Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil on the sides of the pan so the oil flows beneath the pancake.

Heat on medium-high heat while pressing down with spoon for 4~6 minutes.

Flip one more time. Leave to cook for 1~2 minutes on medium-high heat.

Repeat per additional servings.

seafood is so fresh. I add kimchi and it has the right kick. adding kimchi for a small charge would be a good add-on option.
