Thick-sliced pork belly marianted in sweet & spicy sauce served with healthy vegetable mix of onion, scallion, carrot, long pepper, and slice garlic.
We used the best part of pork belly with a good amount of fats. The sauce is slightly spicy and sweet, with our special sauce containing grounded apples. This dish is one of our most popular dishes and is highly recommended.
Heat 1/2 Tablespoon of olive oil on a pan.
Add sliced garlic, thick sliced pork belly.
Stir on high heat for 1~2 minutes.
Add liquid sauce to the pan.
Stir on medium-high heat for 1~3 minutes.
Add vegetables, paste sauce to the pan.
Stir on medium-high heat for 4~6 minutes (until the pork is fully cooked).
