Add 400mL (per serving) of water to a pot.
Add sauce, minced garlic. Bring to boil.
Boil additional 2~3 minutes on high heat.
Add rice cake, scallion to the pot. Bring o boil.
Boil additional 1~2 minutes on high heat.
Add dumpling, sliced brisket to the pot. Bring to boil.
Boil additional 1~2 minutes on high heat.

Definitely one of my favorite Korean soups. I always wish it had more mandu: I can never get enough! Happy to have this any time of year, but always love that I can order it for lunar new year from Doofood and eat it on the first day of the year for good luck!

was not expecting this to be as delicious as it turned out to be! i favor pork over beef but the meat was fantastic and the broth is flavorful. i tend to prefer spicy foods but everything in this meal comes together nicely. i enjoyed it very much!
