Heat sesame oil in a pot.
Add minced garlic, brisket - hand cut and stir on medium heat for 30 seconds.
Optional: Add pepper powder for spicy flavor.
Add 450mL (per serving) of water to the pot.
Add sauce, Korean radish.
Bring to boil.
Boil additional 4~6 minutes on high heat.
Add scallion to the pot.
Boil on high heat for 5~7 minutes.
