I love how it tastes! It tastes slightly different from your conventional Jja Jang Myun but still delicious. And it tastes cleaner and lighter. No heavy after taste.

Definitely my favorite dishes to learned! It was simple and the food was very flavorful. All the ingredients and instructions were included so it was easy to follow. I added extra vegetables because i want them to be included in the dishes. It turned out the way I like it!

Tasty! I cooked the vegetables in scallion oil and fried out the black bean paste before adding the water. I ended up using less water and potato starch than in the recipe. Very fragrant!

very great!! You can add more water and starch and a pinch of sugar if the sauce is to salty.
