Add sauce, minced garlic, and 650mL (per serving) of water to a pot.
Bring to boil on high heat.
Add noodle for kal guk su to a colander and rinse briefly with cold water.
Leave it aside for now.
Add seafood, vegetables to the pot.
Optional: add long pepper for spicy flavor. Bring to boil.
Add the noodle from step 2. Bring to boil.
Once water boils again, boil additional 5~7 minutes on high heat.
(Tip: If water overflows while boiling, add 1 tablespoon of cold water).
