Pat dry 1 (chicken) with paper towels.

Add 900mL (per serving) of water to a pot.

Bring to boil. Add 2 (garlic, seasoning, soju, dates) and chicken.

Bring to boil.
Boil on medium-high heat for 5~7 minutes.

Add 3 (glutinous rice) to the pot.
Boil on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Boil additional 15~20 minutes on light-medium heat while stirring occasionally.
Add 3 (scallion) and boil for 30 seconds on light-medium heat.
