Pork belly
Add 800mL of water to a pot.
Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 Tablespoon of salt. Bring to boil.
Add linguini and boil for 8 minutes on high heat.
(Start below steps while the water boils)
Heat 2T of olive oil on a pan.
Add vegetables and stir on medium-low heat for 30 seconds.
Add pork belly for soy sauce pasta to the pan.
Stir on medium heat for 4~5 minutes (until pork is fully cooked).
Carefully move the linguini to the pan.
Move 2 Teaspoon of the boiled water to the pan.
Add sauce and stir on medium heat for 2~3 minutes.
Optional: Add crushed red pepper with the sauce for spicier flavor.
