Scallion

Carrot

Sesame Oil

Sesame seed

Instructions

Boil water in a pot.
Add somen.

Boil on high heat for 3~4 minutes.

Rinse under cold water in a colander.
Squeeze the noodle to drain the water as much as possible.

Move to a bowl.

Add vegetables, sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seed to the bowl.

Mix well.
