Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil on a pan.

Add vegetables and stir on medium heat for 1~2 minutes.


Make room for the egg> on a pan.

After adding 1 Tbsp of olive oil, add egg then scramble.


Add a bowl of rice, yellow radish, fried tofu.

Season with salt and stir on light heat for 2~3 minutes.
