Tofu

80 gram

Pork (Hormone-free & no sub-therapeutic antibiotic)

22 gram

Scallion

Instructions

Heat a pan.

Add sauce and 80mL of water (per serving) and stir on medium heat for 1 min.

Add tofu for mapo tofu and stir for 1.5 ~ 2 mins.

Add scallion, sesame oil stir for 30 secs to 1 min.

Move to a plate and enjoy.
