This dish harmoniously blends the rich, savory notes of traditional Korean ssamjang—a fermented soybean and chili paste—with al dente Italian pasta, creating a flavorful and satisfying meal. Instructions

Add 800mL of water, 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1/2 Tbsp salt to a pot.

Bring to boil.
Add linguini and boil 8 mins on high heat.

(Start below steps while the linguini boils)

Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil on a pan.

Add sliced garlic, pork belly and a pinch of salt.

Stir on medium heat for 2~3 mins.

Add vegetables and stir for 1~2 mins.

Move linguini to the pan and add 1 Tbsp of olive oil then stir for 1~2 mins.

Add sauce and stir on medium-low heat for 1~2 mins.
