I've been craving this traditional dish for a long time. Haven't had it since I lived in Korea. This definitely hit the spot. I hope it stays in your menu's rotation. PS: If you ever add Soondae-guk to the menu, I might cry tears of joy. It's my absolute favorite dish and it's very hard to get soondae where I live.

It was okay. There wasn't much meat. Bones were bigger than the meat portion. The flavor didn't taste like the authentic gam ja tang, just spicy flavored soup.

As it simmered, the broth filled my kitchen with the deep, savory aroma of pork bones, potatoes, and earthy perilla leaves.
