Instructions

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Once hot, warm each tortilla 30 secs on each side. Set them aside.

On same pan, heat 1/2 T olive oil.
Add spicy pork belly and stir on medium heat 2~3 mins.

Add vegetables and stir 2~3 mins.

Evenly divide the pork and vegetables mixture onto tortillas, keeping the filling lined up in the center for each wrapping.

Add topping and mozzarella cheese beside the pork mixture on each tortilla.

Wrap them up and enjoy!
