Stir-fried pork with complimented with refreshing veggies to create a perfect balance of flavors.
You can simply add and stir pre-chopped ingredients in order. By adding tons of chives and butter together in the end, it will create a buttery yet refreshing flavor for the dish. You can add the long pepper (packed separately) for a mildly spicy flavor.
Heat 1 Tablespon of olive oil on a pan.
Add onion, minced garlic.
Stir on medium heat for 1~3 minutes.
Add pork, carrot to the pan.
Optional: add long pepper for spice.
Stir on high heat for 2~4 minutes.
Add sauce then stir on high heat for 1~3 minutes.
Add chive, butter to the pan.
Stir on medium-high heat for 1~2 minutes (until pork is fully cooked).
