Instructions

Add 350mL (per serving) of water to a pot.
Bring to boil.

Add bulgogi & shiitake for soup, sauce, minced garlic, vegetables.

Stir the beef in the pot to prevent them from clumping together.

Optional: Add red pepper for spicy flavor. Bring to boil.

Boil additional 5~8 minutes on medium-high heat.

Add cellophane noodle to the pot.

Boil on medium-high heat for 1~2 minutes.

Add enoki mushroom to the pot.

Boil on low heat for 30 seconds.
